After working with several architectural firms, I decided after 35 years in the interior design industry to provide independent expertise to as many owners and projects as possible.  Definitely, I'm in a niche market of healthcare and senior living. What I hear from clients is they need a facility that is both unique and is consistent with their system's brand. It needs to touch the clients that it serves. Today, the optimal word is "consumer" and all designs point to making patients and families feel at ease and comfortable in their physical environment.
